**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members' world better. To support our success, we are seeking an **Automation Tester (Technical Test Specialist)** in our **Technology Delivery, Member Solutions** team to be based at our **Brisbane Hub**.

In this position you will develop and implement the use of tools and techniques that will consistently deliver high quality software as the primary objective; leading the team in continuous improvement in both quality and efficiency in consultation with the Manager and Head of Business Platforms.

You will continually evaluate team performance providing feedback on both technical and behavioural development needs / plans.

You will also be expected to provide technical expertise planning and implementing a product-testing regime during development.

This role is available as a **full-time,** **permanent** opportunity in our team.

We are **flexible** with location provided that you can attend the **Brisbane** office once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Strong experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing using Selenium WebDriver and C#.
- Proficiency in C# programming language and experience in developing automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver and C#.
- Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and in executing and analyzing test results.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks, such as Page Object Model (POM), and experience in implementing them.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) tools, such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience and/or knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and testing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work collaboratively with developers, other testers, and project stakeholders.
