With ongoing training and support provided, we would like to hear from passionate Dental Assistant/Receptionists interested in working on a** p**ermanent** full time or part time basis**. The work hours during the week are 8:30 - 6:30 except for our late nights on Thursdays where we close up at 8pm We are well connected to public transport and have all-day parking available at $11 for the day.

What's more, if you have the ambition and the potential, we'll give you the opportunity to progress within Dental Assisting or across a variety of other roles such as practice manager, via our Future Leaders Program.

**The Heart of the Role**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded
- Passionate about customer service / patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
