At OSHC, children have the opportunity to participate in cooking, sport, music, art, dance and so much more.We are currently recruiting for OSHC Educators on a part time basis to join our YMCA Loganholme Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service.About the serviceYMCA Loganholme Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is a beautiful service located within the Loganholme State School grounds in a brand-new double-spaced room.With 135 space the service has a steady growth and is constantly hitting milestones.

Celebrating the uniqueness of all who surround us we work to give each child their own voice and freedom of play each day.Our service philosophy prioritises community and belonging, children's agency and the importance of spontaneous, multi-age play in middle childhood.
We offer a range of planned and spontaneous play experiences for children and welcome educators with unique skill sets to share with children.About the roleAs an OSHC Educator you are responsible for the care of children before school, after school and during school holiday periods.
You'll assist in running fascinating, fun-filled and educational activities with primary school children, such as science experiments, outdoor games, painting and musical activities.What will my time look like?

You are currently studying or completed a Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor degree in the field of children's services or similarYou have a fantastic sense of fun and a tremendous imaginationYou hold or be willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR certificationYou hold a Positive Notice Blue Card or be willing to obtain oneWhat's in it for you?
