Integrated Logistics Support Officer

Our **Technical, Advisory, and Capability**practice and **Team Downer**serves as one of the Major Service Providers delivering consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence, leveraging innovative approaches such as mission and digital engineering to enable the successful delivery of critical Defence programs.

This includes collaboration with key Defence entities, including **Defence Digital Group (DDG), National Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG),**and branches across the **Navy, Army, and Air Force**.

We are currently seeking an experienced ILS Officer to support Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) activities within the CASG environment for a Land project. The ILS Officer will assist with PIP Tender Evaluation and contribute to Delivery Partner and Panel development in a major acquisition.

If successful in securing a role, your work may involve:

- Review PIP submissions and ensure compliance with ILS requirements.
- Assist in structuring and assessing partner arrangements.
- Maintain ILS documentation and contribute to procurement strategies.
- Identify risks, support mitigation efforts, and assist in training development.
- Collect and analyse data, input logistics information into Defence ERP systems, and update relevant platforms.Participate in ILS planning workshops, contribute to reviews, and prepare briefings for leadership
- Support Defence equipment acquisition and logistics processes.
- Assess and advise on logistics efficiency within projects.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external logistics partners.
- Convey logistics requirements through reports and presentations, adjusting activities to meet project goals.
- Experience in Integrated Logistic Support within pre-Gate 1 major acquisition projects.Land Domain project experience and expertise in supply support/inventory management.
