**Job objective**

Working for a Leading Online Automotive Performance Parts Retailer, the primary responsibilities of this role include:

- Receiving incoming goods
- Picking orders from the warehouse
- Carry out the physical packaging of freight and shipping

This role is based around ensuring that all goods are dispatched to the highest standard of quality and accuracy. The need to quality check all incoming parts is an important part of the role to ensure our customers receive the very best quality parts in the best physical condition.

As well as receiving and quality checking incoming parts and re-stocking the shelves, the role is centred around picking the parts for each order, securely wrapping each package for freight and affixing the supplied shipping sticker/consignment note.

Working in a fast-paced yet friendly environment, this role is guided heavily around a set of well-designed and time-proven processes that will make the job easier for the successful applicant. The role does require that these procedures be followed to the letter, and most importantly an exceptionally high attention to detail.

**Duties include**
- Inwards goods receiving including unpacking and re-stocking shelves
- Quality check all incoming goods
- Pick parts for office supplied invoices
- Pack and dispatch orders using office supplied shipping consignment notes
- Some heavy lifting required for items such as exhaust components
- Maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse areas
- Any other duties as required
- Forklift license a must

**Hours of work**
- This is a casual role, with approximately 10-20 hours per week, weekdays, start times between 9-11am on average.
- Ability to provide manual handling to varying weights and sizes

*Forklift license is a must
