We are seeking a Centre Director for our Edensor Park services.What's in it for you:Opportunity to work across multiple centres, including managing a brand-new centre for 12 monthsComprehensive induction and training with an experienced support team in the lead-up to opening and managing the new service - Assistant Director, Operations, HR & Recruitment, Educational Leaders, Marketing Manager, Maintenance team and the General ManagerWorking with a strong tenured staff of 5-25 years who have well-established systems and processes to assist in effectively managing a serviceGenerous employee discounts for childcareA workplace culture that fosters respect, empowerment and developmentReward and recognition programEmployer-funded social eventsSuccessful applicants will have:A genuinely empathetic, positive and enthusiastic approach to working in the childcare sectorA Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)A strong understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)Previous Experience as a Centre Director at an exceeding levelA history of leading and inspiring individuals and teamExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and relationship skillsA demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learningA Current WWC and Child Protection CertificateFirst Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)About the role:Manage the day-to-day operation of an ECEC service – high administrative component (5 days off-the-floor)Responsible for driving centre excellence and utilisation, whilst also being hands-on in areas such as education, recruitment and the facilityLead, inspire and mentor a large team of educatorsFoster an inclusive, supportive, and friendly environment for children, families and educatorsCreate long-lasting connections with the local communityIf you share our passion for connections that inspire learning, a positive workplace culture and a shared vision of putting children first, then apply now
