Role Requirements:

- Proven experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment
- Ability to maintain bar efficiency during peak times and keep up with busy service
- Ensure the bar is stocked and prepped for service, including changing kegs and replenishing stock as necessary
- Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and complete weekly ordering
- Strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Food Handler's Certificate required
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Expected start date**:1st February 2025**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.98 - $37.47 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 55 per week
