Job Description
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and correspondence.
Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and projects.
Organise and maintain legal files and records in accordance with compliance standards.
Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
Assist with filing and lodging legal documents with relevant authorities.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
Support team members in meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
The Successful Applicant
Experience in a similar role
A strong understanding of legal terminology and processes
Currently studying or completed studies in law or a related field
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity
