Oji Cardboard Carton Solutions, part of the rapidly expanding global Oji Group, specialises in the manufacturer of short run, innovative corrugated packaging solutions. Our Dandenong South plant produces flexographic and lithographic printed cartons which play a critical role in the presentation, protection, and transportation of our customer's highly regarded products - some of which include: wine and fruit boxes, shelf ready and unique custom designs.

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Production and Despatch Supervisor to join the team. In this multi-faceted role, no day will be the same as you will be responsible for providing manufacturing plant supervision (OHS/Quality/Productivity), completing labour allocation, production and despatch planning, daily administration of transport documentation and purchasing of day to day consumables for manufacturing.

This role is fast paced, varied and has a strong focus on working relationships with management, planning, sales, customer service and production.

This position will provide you with plenty of opportunity to utilise your leadership, organisation and problem solving skills. You will be a highly organised, efficient and results-driven person with a strong passion for achieving delivery on time for our customers. You must be able to think on your feet, make sound decisions and have excellent communication. Prior experience in transport, logistics or production manufacturing is essential.
