Location: Canberra | Defence & Intelligence Sector | Ongoing OpportunityRole: Technical Change Manager SFIA Level: 4 or equivalent Role Description: Manage and coordinate technical changes across IT systems to minimise disruption and ensure alignment with change management processes.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate technical intent, impact, and risk of changes.
Schedule and document changes in the change calendar.
Distribute change plans and readiness steps.
Monitor execution, validate implementation, manage escalations.
Conduct post-implementation reviews.
Must be an Australian Citizen with preference on TSPV Clearance.
Required Skills & Experience: Familiarity with ITIL, DCAM, and change management processes.
Understanding of incident and problem management.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
