We are currently seeking a Software Integration Engineer to join our team of experienced professionals.Working with our other highly motivated developers, you will be involved in the entire life cycle of the software engineering process.Why Work at Brock?
Competitive compensation packageProfit sharingContinuous career growthCompany events and celebrationsResponsibilities may include:Work with a multi-disciplinary team to deploy and configure software to customer test and production environmentsConfigure and set up server hardware and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, Bluetooth devices)Modify product code to meet customer's unique needsDemonstrate complete integrated system with key external stakeholders during functional acceptance testing and on-site system testingRoot cause analysis of defects identified in productionMaintain, develop, and improve our automated test and deployment toolsPerforming other duties as assigned by Project ManagerQualifications Required:Bachelors degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer science or related fieldsPreferred 1-3 years experience (co-op considered).
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent residentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong troubleshooting skillsProficiency with SQL and knowledge of databasesExperience with an object-oriented programming language is required.
C# is preferred but Java, C++ and other languages are also acceptableKnowledge of Flyaway, Powershell, Azure Devops, Python and Ignition is an assetThe ability to travel and perform night/weekend work on occasionWilling to travel up to 20% throughout the yearMust meet federal security clearance requirementsNew grads are welcome to apply.
