**Assembly Operator**

**Position**: Assembly Operator

**Location**: Mount Pleasant

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM or Monday to Thursday 1:00 PM to 10:00 pm and Friday 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM

**Responsibilities**
**1. Building Products**
As an assembly operator, you will work on the assembly line to build modular structures based on drawings, instructions, or schematics.

**2. Safety and Efficiency**
Follow established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure smooth operations during assembly.

**3. Quality Control**
Inspect assembled products for any faults or defects, ensuring they meet quality standards.

**4. Loading and Packing**
Load product pieces slated for assembly onto the line and pack assembled products into boxes for storage.

**5. Troubleshooting**
Halt production if machinery fails or major defects are detected, and report incidents or faulty operations to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience working on an assembly line.

**Technical Skills**
- Solid understanding of production machinery and proper assembly procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

**Safety Awareness**
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.

**Physical Stamina**
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.

**Advantages**
- Previous construction experience or timber assembly knowledge.
