**About the Position**

Iplex Pipeline Products, an industry leader in pipeline systems, is seeking an experienced and innovative
**General Manager** to oversee a significant project based in
** Jandakot** ,
**Western Australia**. We are seeking a dynamic thinker with a complex background in business operations, business-level negotiations, compliance, experience in working with regulators, and crisis management within the construction or building products industry.

Our role also includes preparation and delivery of board presentations, and regularly updating executive-level stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies, to be successful we are wanting someone degree qualified with either a Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or from a related Field. You will be an expert in communication and have previous skills in building collaborative high-performing teams in the project space.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 10 year's experience in senior management
- Come from the Plumbing, Construction background or similar industries
- Foster a cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives
- MBA or Master's degree highly regarded
- Experience in Project Management, Crisis Management & Crisis Resolution
- Previously led newly created project teams
- Understanding of contract interpretation and management
- Relationship management with regulators & ensuring regulatory compliance
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite ie Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Effective communication and decisions making capabilities
- Strong Key Stakeholder relationship management skills
- Expert in influencing and strategizing at a senior business level
