**Role Description/Criteria**

**Teaching positions - Maths, English, Literacy and Numeracy**:
The College is seeking suitably qualified and experienced teachers to join our teaching team

**Skills and experience**:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of, and commitment to, Catholic education
- Show the capacity to provide leadership that is characterised by a desire for continuous improvement, lateral thinking and innovation
- Demonstrate proven organisational skills
- Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with people at all levels and from varying backgrounds
- Work independently and effectively in the face of changing priorities, deadlines and pressures
- Demonstrate the qualities of an exemplary teacher
- Teachers are expected to have Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School or to obtain this accreditation within five years.
- All teachers must be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
