AE Smith part of the Downer Group has an opportunity for Electrical Service Technician (Electrician) to join the team located in Cairns, Qld. You will be responsible for utilizing your technical skills to conduct maintenance, repairs, upgrades and installation works, ensuring all activities are delivered in accordance with the Safety, Quality and industry best practice to a variety of customers.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Certificate III in Engineering - Electrical/Electronic Trade
- QLD Electrical Licence
- Certificate II or III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration (Highly regarded)
- EEHA Training (Electrical Equipment for Hazardous Areas) - (Highly regarded)
- High-level knowledge of industry best practices and standards
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions
- Current First AID, CPR & LVR
- Work at Heights Qualification (preferred)
- EWP Ticketed (preferred)
- High levels of self-discipline, self-motivation and initiative
- Intrinsically aligned to zero harm principles.
- Willing to undergo a police and medical check
