**The Role**

Our Perth based team are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to provide key administration and coordination support for our busy regional marketing function in APAC.

You will be working and collaborating with our global marketing team to support the execution of regional marketing programs and providing general support. If you are passionate about marketing and thrive working in a diverse, fast paced environment, then we'd love to hear from you.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Provide administrative and coordination support for a variety of marketing programs and campaigns across multiple channels.
- Coordinate with vendors for production and distribution, including the localisation of marketing/sales material to support events and other activities.
- Provide analysis of all results and tracking in our CRM (SalesForce) to improve our business intelligence and reduce the time to sales.
- Work with our global marketing team to provide an impactful approach to the customer experience, aligning with global operating guidance and frameworks on functional marketing best practices across the customer lifecycle stages, channel optimisation, key corporate business/marketing metrics, brand championing.

**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:

- A Marketing or related degree with 3+ years' experience, or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Experience in B2B software or B2B technology company is an advantage
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and CRM software such as SalesForce, as well as social media (both paid and organic) and digital advertising is desirable.
- A collaborative self-starter with strong communication and organisation skills, attention to detail, with the ability to balance multiple projects and follow established standards and processes
- Knowledge of second APAC language would be an advantage
- A willingness to learn and a keen interest and passion for marketing and sales.
