About Maison Bâtard:
Maison Bâtard is a celebration of modern French culture which has been imagined uniquely for Melbourne in a nod to the city's golden era of hospitality.
Careful and meticulous restoration has transformed the landmark heritage site at 23 Bourke Street into a four-level haven of immersive, French-accented dining and celebratory experiences; including a showpiece restaurant spanning the lower two floors, a late-night supper club in the basement and an elegant rooftop terrace.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry's finest Section Waitstaff to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests.
Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery.
You will have experience in a high-end restaurant environment, strong passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Minimum 1 years experience as a Section Waitstaff in a premium venue
Must be able to carry three plates
Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
A valid RSA certificate
