Salary: P40,000- P60,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
3 + years of solid bookkeeping experience across all functions
Demonstrable advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and financial administration, accounts reconciliation and accounting software
Strong Xero & Excel experience
Sound knowledge of Shopify, Stripe, and PayPal transactions
Meticulous data entry skills and attention to detail
AU Bookkeeping
AU Accounting
Nice to Have:
Income Tax knowledge
What will you do?
Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
Preparation and review of general ledger
Processing payroll and STP reporting.
Managing employee bonuses
Preparing employees reimbursements
Managing superannuation returns and payments.
Preparation of workers compensation insurance
Helping managers with preparing annual budgets and forecast
Maintain fixed asset register.
