**The Opportunity**

In this cross-functional position, you'll be the architect of a global social content strategy that brings our brand, product stories, and campaigns to life across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Reporting to the Head of Content & Communications, you'll translate editorial, influencer, and product content into engaging, platform-native experiences for audiences around the world. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on storytelling, creative direction, and delivering impactful content with measurable results. You'll play a key role in elevating our brand presence and ensuring that our organic social aligns with our global business goals.

**The Role**
- Develop and own the global organic social strategy across key platforms, aligning with business priorities and campaign activity.
- Plan and manage the social content calendar in collaboration with internal teams (Brand, eCommerce, PR, Product, and Performance Marketing).
- Lead content ideation, briefing, production direction, and publishing — including video scripting, visual planning, and basic editing.
- Translate editorial, campaign, and influencer content into optimised formats for each platform.
- Oversee the rollout and repurposing of creative assets for multi-channel use.
- Partner with Performance Marketing to identify organic content for paid boosting and establish testing frameworks to optimise engagement and reach.
- Monitor performance metrics, interpret results, and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with Influencer and PR teams to integrate influencer output into content planning, ensuring alignment with brand tone and messaging.
- Enable cross-team success by creating templates, toolkits, and social playbooks; stay across emerging social trends and AI-based tools.
- Collaborate with teams across eCommerce, Product, Retail, and Customer Service to meet business objectives and maintain a consistent voice.

**About You**
- You bring **5+ years of experience** in social media strategy, content production, or digital marketing across lifestyle, retail, or design-driven brands.
- You have deep experience managing **multi-platform content calendars**, with a flair for visual storytelling, video production, and editorial planning.
- You understand **platform culture** and know how to create native content that resonates and drives engagement.
- You're confident briefing and directing creators, influencers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding creative work.
- You use social analytics tools like **Emplify** to drive decisions, with a sharp ability to interpret performance data and test new strategies.
- You're collaborative, organised, and adaptable — comfortable working across departments to deliver consistent and impactful content.
- You're proactive about innovation and exploration, particularly around **AI and emerging tech** in the content and social media space.
- Experience mentoring or managing a direct report is a plus.
