**Job Description**:
**Our Family**:

- We are a family of 4. My wife and I (must be LGBTQI+ friendly) have 2 children (I, Rae, am a stepparent) Eli (10) and Autumn (7). Both of our children are kind, caring, and funny. Both of them have Autism (lvl2), ADHD, and anxiety. Autumn also has Tourette's (tic disorder) and OCD. Eli displays complex behaviours during times of stress, new environments, transitions, therapies and when demand is put on him (ie having a shower). Eli is home-schooled, we have tried main-stream schools and autism qld school but because of his complex behaviours was unable to continue to attend that school as well. I am on medical leave from work as I am suffering from debilitating chronic pain and some days unable to walk or stand for long periods of time.

**Your Duties**:

- preparation of meals (Dinner only) laundry cleaning (light) light household duties assisting Eli with school work

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- Our ideal caregiver needs to be LGBTQI+ friendly, kind, and understanding of the disabilities in our household. Someone who has worked with children with ASD would be advantageous but not mandatory. someone who is able to think on their feet with helping out with the cleaning and preparing of meals, kids lunches, help with laundry and assisting Eli with his school work.
