**About Us**

We are seeking a dynamic **Store Manager** to manage the Campbells Wholesale store based in Geelong Victoria on full time basis. This role is accountable for the profitable operation of the store and its achievement of targets and budget objectives. The Store Manager is the custodian of customer service of the store, leading team members to provide customer service excellence and is also responsible for the health and safety of customers, team members and contractors.

This role has a direct reporting line into the Regional Operations Manager.

**What you'll do**

**Achieve sales to budget and meet financial targets**
- Manage sale of stock to ensure targeted sales margins are achieved
- Generate sales to meet weekly budget and YTD budget targets
- Assist in the establishment and achievement of operating budgets and financial targets

**Lead and manage a team**
- Manage the induction, on-boarding, training and conduct of all team members
- Develop and implement succession planning for the store
- Coach and develop managers, supervisors and team members

**Control inventory**
- Manage daily operations and team members to ensure the store is faced, the store is clean and safe.
- Manage stock profits and margins to budget

**What you'll bring**
- Experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of wholesale / retail operations within grocery /Confectionery or Hospitality Foodservice industry
- Multi site FMCG Experience leading teams across sales, operations,
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possesses leadership, communication and motivational skills and techniques
- Advanced understanding of OH&S, HACCP and EEO policies, procedures and legislations
- Excellent negotiation skills with relevance to supplier deals and customers
- Make sound decisions and business / commercial / financial acumen
