True Resources is now looking for skilled individuals to join us for a 9-month gold-site project commencing in the second week of September.
With a consistent 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster, covered flights, and a well-appointed camp, you'll be part of a team delivering excellence in drill and blast operations.We work with some of the biggest names in mining — and we're looking for operators who share our commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork.Here's What You Can ExpectCompetitive hourly rates based on experienceFIFO from Darwin or Adelaide to the Northern Territory siteAll flights provided and paid forComfortable camp accommodation with meals includedSupportive crew, and a great team culture9-month fixed-term project with potential for future opportunitiesFull PPE provided and site inductions arrangedPlus support from our great team.Once on site, you will:Safely operate the Mobile Processing Unit to load, mix, and deliver bulk explosivesRecord accurate hole-by-hole mixing and loading dataWork closely with blast crews, shotfirers, and site supervisorsConduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on the MPUFollow strict safety, environmental, and operational protocolsWhat we're looking for:Proven MPU operating experience (essential)Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC)Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence (DGDL) and HR Licence (desirable)Full Australian working rights (Citizenship / Permanent Residency)Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screeningClean National Police Clearance (within 3 months)Strong safety mindset and attention to detailYou'll stand out if you have:Previous gold mining or blast crew experienceAdditional high-risk or industry ticketsA positive attitude and proven teamwork skillsTo be successful, you must:Be based in Darwin or AdelaideHold the required licences and certificationsBe physically fit for the demands of site workBe willing to commit to the full project teamIf you're ready to bring your MPU expertise to a high-impact project, apply today and secure your seat on the flight to site
