**About Us**:
Calamvale Special School is a prep to 12 school catering for students with a wide variety of abilities. We have an unwavering commitment to placing the students firmly at the centre of everything we do. An understanding of the impacts of disability on life and learning is not critical but the desire to develop this is. We work closely with staff to develop their capability and provide an extensive beginning and early career teacher support, whether you are new to teaching or special schools. You would be part of a strong school culture where there is a firm belief that every student will succeed and be appreciated for the joy that they are.
**About the Role**:
You will oversee the delivery of administrative and human resources support including the supervision of lower level school support staff and influencing stakeholders on sensitive issues. They will have demonstrated capability in their current role, show high levels of communication and capacity in preparing and managing Human Resources using SBS Staffing Planner. Please see the attached Role Description for a full list of responsibilities within this role.
Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities:

- Achieves results - Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to oversee and astutely manage numerous tasks, prioritise work and meet deadlines, be accountable for the performance outcomes of the Human Resource & administrative service component of the school.
- Communicates with influence - Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
