Receptionist (12-Month Parental Leave Cover)

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist on a 12-month parental leave contract.
Bartier Perry considers the role of Receptionist to be a very important one, for in most cases, the Receptionist is the first business contact that a client, incoming caller or visitor will meet.
We are looking for a **Receptionist** **who shares the same high standards of client service as the business to work from **8.30am
- 5.00pm** each day. (The shifts may change from time to time.)
**This position involves**:
- Answering incoming calls & directing all telephone enquiries accordingly
- Co-ordinating client/visitor arrivals
- Managing all aspects of reception
- Coordination of the meeting rooms - setting up and cleaning meeting rooms after meetings have finished
- Organising catering for meeting and other small events
- Courier organisation & delivery processing
- Assisting with typing and WP overflow as required
- General information support to all staff
- Offering refreshments and then making tea, coffee or water for guests
- Ensuring the meeting rooms are kept to a high standard and are well stocked with pens, paper, whiteboard markers or other stationery items
- Assisting with client functions as required
**About you**
You will be a mature minded, proactive team plater who has attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. You will need to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience working as a Corporate Receptionist is ideal (within either Legal or professional services)
- Outstanding customer service skills and telephone manner
- Professional presentation
- An approachable and friendly manner
- Flexibility and responsiveness to business needs
- Enthusiasm and motivation
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Strong MS Office knowledge, good keyboard skills and accuracy
- High personal ethics, integrity and strong client focus
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
