Overview
We are seeking a talented
.NET Developer
to join a major digital transformation program, building and delivering a bespoke revenue management system. This is a contract role through to
29 May 2026
, offering the option to work
onsite in Darwin
or
remotely
.
As part of a collaborative project team, you will work alongside the Project Manager, Tech Lead, Business Analysts and fellow developers to design, build, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be expected to participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and technical workshops, while delivering clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with project standards.
At SRA,
we maintain a dedicated and professional Placement Services team to ensure you are well looked after. We are suppliers to Commonwealth and State Government departments as well as being able to place resources into enterprise organisations in all industries. We are not a recruitment agency, we are a professional services firm with over 30 years' experience in ICT consulting across Australia and internationally. We know what staff on project teams require to be successful.
Strong programming in
C# .NET / .NET Core
(Java or equivalent acceptable)
Solid background in
.NET SPA, WebAPI, IIS, and ORM frameworks
(e.g. Entity Framework)
Proficiency with
SQL, database design, and system architecture concepts
Familiarity with the
Atlassian toolset
(Bitbucket, Jira, Bamboo)
Understanding of
network design and security principles
Desktop and web apps development (
WPF/XAML, SPA
)
Experience with
REST/SOAP/MQ services, open API specs, dependency injection
Knowledge of
unit testing, CI/CD, and technical documentation
Exposure to
VM infrastructure, environments, web servers, DNS
Strong understanding of
system architecture and security implementation
Requirements:
National Police Clearance, Australian working rights
