**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our team as Night Receptionist. As the main point of contact for our guests overnight, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Manage guest reservations
- Responding to guest requests / handling emergencies that may occur
- Adhering to hotel customer service standards
- Maintain Guest History
- Completing daily reports/audit ensuring the accuracy of all financial information

**Requirements**:

- 2+ year of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: $24.76 - $37.14 per hour
