Overview
Expressions of Interest for Suncorp Home Claims roles – On Road Home Claims Assessor, Desktop Home Claims Assessor, and Building Coordinator.
This Expressions of Interest (EOI) is for future roles that may come available.
We will only reach out to candidates with recent experience in the Home Claims industry or with a background in Residential Building, restoration or construction trades.

Roles
On-Road Home Claims Assessor: As an On-Road Home Claims Assessor, you\'ll be on the road and behind a computer, visiting customer properties (in person & virtually) to assess damage and guide them through the claims process.
You\'ll need a driver\'s license and enjoy being on the road.
This role suits those who love face-to-face interaction and problem-solving.
Desktop Home Claims Assessor: As a Desktop Home Claims Assessor, you\'ll work remotely, assessing claims from home or office.
You\'ll use virtual tools to review documentation, communicate with customers, and coordinate repairs.
This role is ideal for those who prefer flexible work arrangements and enjoy working with technology.
Building Coordinator: As a Building Coordinator, you\'ll ensure high-quality repairs and cost-effective solutions.
You\'ll review technical reports, provide expert advice, and coordinate at a claim level with Suncorp Supply Chain to deliver outcomes for customers.
This role is suited to those with a strong technical background in construction, excellent time management, and a keen eye for detail.
