**About the role**:
Tynan Motors is currently recruiting an experienced and professional Foreman to join our Hyundai Workshop at our Kirrawee Service Centre.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be allocating jobs and effectively managing the workflow in the workshop.
- Providing technical training to all team members (specifically apprentices) along with attending to customer enquiries.
- Managing workshop efficiencies and productivity in accordance with set KPI's.
- Communicating with the manufacturers technical support team to ensure correct diagnosis of vehicles.
- Conduct final road test (Quality Control) when requested.
- Ensure that all repair orders are in line with Tynan Motors guidelines.
- Ensure that repair order, with supporting documentation for warranty compliance are completed prior to vehicle sign off.
- You will be accountable for ensuring that the highest standard of quality workmanship is being produced by the Service Centre, through effective supervision and training of all team members.
- Contribute to the financial and operational performance of the workshop as well as maintain the highest standard of workmanship.

**About you**:

- Hyundai experience highly regarded
- Strong product and technical knowledge
- Passion for customer service
- Required trade qualifications (Motor Mechanic)
- Current NSW driver's license
- Ability to drive manual and automatic
- Rego License highly regarded

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kirrawee, NSW 2232: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Mechanical: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Motor Trade Licence (preferred)
- NSW Drivers Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
