An integral new role exists for a Campaign and Digital Producer to join Medium Rare's energetic and performance-driven and talented campaign team, Rare Creative that continues to grow.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Work with multiple teams (creative, sales, strategy, partnerships, video and research) to ensure the smooth implementation of large, cross-platform content campaigns - ensuring each component is delivered on deadline and to budget and KPIs. Identify potential roadblocks related to budgets, resources and timelines and effectively communicate any issues.
- Develop and follow timelines across multiple concurrent projects. Take stewardship of work-flow and content management systems (for example, project management tool Wrike) and ensure they are used correctly by the team.
- Manage campaign project cost tracking and budgets with full oversight of Rare Creatives profitability
- Action a varied and high volume of digital requests including, content loading and arranging quotes for website builds
- Assist with the onboarding and processing of invoices for contributors and financial reporting across the team on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Assist the Rare Creative Art Director in the organisation and execution of product-led photo shoots and manage contracts/supplier agreements when required.
- Provide support with event delivery from end to end, including site visits, meetings, talent, run sheets, promotion, logistics and financials/invoicing.

**Skills and Experience**:

- You have two to three years' experience in account service, work-flow management or producing at an agency or publisher. Experience working with large, premium brands would be beneficial.
- Moderate experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders and in prioritising collective needs of the business and in participating in client or stakeholder-facing activities like meetings and/or presentations
- Some experience supporting content teams, partnership managers or commercial teams in the development of responses to digital requests
- You have demonstrated experience in campaign trafficking and are comfortable taking a leadership role managing campaigns on a day-to-day basis. The ability to plan and follow timelines for multiple concurrent projects is essential.
- Very proficient in actioning a varied and high volume of digital requests including, but not limited to: content loading, arranging quotes for website builds and reviewing client reports
- Somewhat proficient or willing to learn various software suites including, but not limited: to Adobe Creative Suite, Admation and the Wrike project management tool and some understanding of key SEO concepts and tools like Google Trends and SEMRush
- You're proactive and take a solutions-driven approach to conversations with stakeholders. You love to talk to clients and pride yourself on exceptional service, while also balancing the workloads of internal staff.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise is essential.
- You're financially savvy and have an understanding of invoicing and account keeping processes.
- You have a genuine love of learning. You can master work-flow and accounts systems and share your learning with the team.
