We are seeking to employ an **Internal Sales & Customer Care Coordinator** to support our internal customer care team.

We are looking for a person who will bring strong administration skills and experience in assisting sales order processing to support our internal customer care team. You will work within a small team who are driven by Gardner Denver/Ingersoll Rand values and purpose to "Lean on Us to Help You Make Life Better" and to provide continuous and excellent customer service. This position is a full time, permanent role and will be located at our office in Dandenong South.

This position would suit a highly motivated person that has process, office and administration experience and has strong organisation skills, attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced environment.

To be considered for this position, you will:

- Provide internal customer sales support relating to enquiries on order status, processing, despatch and tracking of shipments for order fulfilment and freight costs
- Process Equipment Sales Orders and update our Sales Force database after order processing
- Process and plan Production orders for Engineering Workshop builds
- Assist the Customer Care/Operations Manager with Sales Order forecasting
- Reconcile and update Purchase order information and incoming shipments of Equipment
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as required, i.e. SAP customer master data creation/management

**Applicants will need**:

- Experience in SAP R3 essential
- To be highly organised and resourceful under pressure
- Must have strong administration skills
- To be quick paced with attention to detail
- A 'can do' attitude and the ability to complete processes
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel is required
