**About the Role**

Working closely with a tight-knit team and production supervisor you will have the chance to get exposure to different roles. You will add significant value by:

- Following the daily production schedule.
- Learning how to operate different types of machinery to create high-quality mattresses.
- Inspecting the quality of different aspects of the mattress throughout production.
- Working with your team to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace.

**Selection Criteria**
- Experience in physical type work.
