Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Store Person to join our PI Manufacturing team.

**The Role**

**The Accountabilities**:

- Key responsibilities include:
Inventory Management:

- Utilize Dynamics 365 (D365) for managing stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages, overstock, or any discrepancies of Kanban System
- Ensure proper storage of goods according to safety protocols and inventory control standards.

Forklift Operation:

- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize goods within the warehouse.
- Ensure all forklifts are maintained and meet safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines while operating equipment and ensuring warehouse safety.

Attention to Detail:

- Perform accurate stock counts and inspections to prevent errors in inventory.
- Ensure product labeling, packaging, and documentation are complete and error-free.
- Follow strict procedures to ensure proper handling, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Quality Inspection:

- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that incoming and outgoing products meet the required standards.
- Inspect goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report them accordingly.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to resolve any product-related issues.
- Familiar with QMS (Quality management system)

International Shipments (DHL & FedEx):

- Prepare and manage documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate with DHL and FedEx for the smooth processing of shipments, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Resolve any shipping issues or delays promptly and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Communication Skills:

- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and management.
- Provide updates on inventory levels, shipment statuses, and any issues that arise during daily operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, including purchasing, production & accounts to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.

Health and Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in safety audits and ensure proper reporting of any safety hazards or incidents.

**The Typical Experiences**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment within Medical Devices industry, or regulated environment.
- Proficient in using Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar inventory management systems.
- Valid forklift operation license.
- Knowledge of international shipping processes and experience with DHL and FedEx services.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform quality inspections and resolve product issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
