Your professionalism and attention to detail will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.Where you'll make an impactGreet guests warmly and professionally at all arrival points and during their stay.Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly.Assist guests with inquiries about activities, entertainment, and amenities, providing expert recommendations.Coordinate with other departments to manage arrivals, departures, and special guest requests.Maintain guest accounts, post transactions accurately, and ensure payment limits are adhered to.Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.Provide support with after-hours reservations when necessary, using product knowledge to secure bookings.What we're looking forWe are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the patience to work effectively with team members.
