**The Role**

**Reporting to the Digital Usage and Support Manager your role will involve**:

- To provide immediate and direct technical telephone support for hardware and software capital equipment used in digital dentistry, including implant planning software, intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM systems and 3D printers
- Responds to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Serves as a direct interface with internal staff and external customers to troubleshoot problems with use of the Company's digital products including software and hardware
- Support local launch and execution of new products.
- Management of capital equipment orders, set up, bench test and collaboration with the necessary department for timely delivery and installation.
- Pro-active outbound activities to drive customer success and value through training, guidance, and advice.
- Qualified Dental Technician with minimum 3 years lab experience
- CAD/CAM experience
- Advanced and detailed knowledge of implant restorative products
- Straumann Group product knowledge beneficial

Critical to the success of this role is also being a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, being highly organised and having excellent communication and presentation skills.
