**Our Client**:
Leading law firm is looking for a Billings Officer to start immediately. This is an ideal role for motivated individuals that seek to enhance their skills within a supportive culture.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process invoices for clients
- Manage WIP and timesheet billing
- Ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing dispute
- Reconciliations
- Troubleshooting/amending invoices
- Receipting
- Prepare all billing/invoicing to the companies' residents

**About you**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a billing's role
- Prior experience of working at legal/accounting firm will be preferred but not essential
- Solid understanding of WIP and timesheet billing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
