Your new role
As a Store Manager, you'll be the driving our Nowra stores success.
You'll lead a motivated, high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service and sales growth.
You'll also oversee store operations and ensure we maintain the highest standards in both performance and presentation.
Duties Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
Ensure visual merchandising and stock management are maintained to the highest standard
Oversee roster management and control wages
Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to hit targets
Coach, develop, and mentor your team to achieve their full potential Skills & Experience Previous Retail Management experience
Passion for coaching and developing your team
Strong organisational skills - Ability to multi task
Creating a customer service culture
