Join Our Team as a Parts Interpreter
Are you organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our team, where you'll play a key role in ensuring customer and dealer satisfaction.
About the Role
While knowledge of the RV and recreation industry is a plus, it's not essential. We're more interested in someone who is highly organised, great with technology, and confident in providing top-notch support.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle parts warranty claims and respond promptly to warranty support inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with dealers to manage stock levels and lead times effectively.
- Efficiently manage parts orders, distribution, and backorders.
- Implement process improvements and liaise with stakeholders.
- Utilise computer skills for parts management and customer support.

**What You'll Need**:

- At least five years of experience in the aftersales, service advisor, or parts industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of campervans, motorhomes, and caravans.
- Proficiency in parts management systems.
- A team-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering excellence.
