Receive extensive training, onboarding, and support.Support the development and delivery of child-focused programs with industry-leading planning tools.Have fun and deliver amazing programs that encourage children to explore, learn, and play at TheirCare.Join a passionate team that works together with common goals.Ongoing casual and holiday program roles are available.TheirCare has been approved for the Early Childhood Education & Care Retention Payment — meaning our educators now earn an extra 10% on top of their award wage

More reasons to smile.ResponsibilitiesDeliver remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.Support the service manager with preparation and program delivery.Assist with food preparation and setting up/packing up activities.Supervise children and ensure their safety within the program.Be open, caring, and engaged with our team to help give every child the best day ever.Experience and QualificationsPrevious experience in childcare is preferred but not essential.Willing to enroll in or currently working towards an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification.Completed an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification.For a list of ACECQA-recognized qualifications in your state, visit Working with Children Check for your state.Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training).
