Accountabilities
The Recruitment Adviser will be responsible for supporting strong client and stakeholder relationships to foster effective Recruitment practices. You will provide advisory services, guide managers with complex people management issues across the full range of recruitment and employee relations issues including the Enterprise VPS Agreement and Recruitment policy interpretation and generalist recruitment advice.
- Create and maintain sound working relationships, provide authoritative and timely advice, and take follow up action as required.
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment including role design, advertising, shortlisting, interview scheduling and attendance, selection reports, as well as applicant and client feedback.
- Provide an outstanding recruitment service to the Health Infrastructure Division including the Victorian Health Building Authority.
- Provide quality support to the HR Department to ensure all employee records and changes to employment arrangements are correctly applied for, actioned within required timelines and recorded accurately.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the department's organisational structure and staffing establishment through the department's human resources management system (SAP).
- Participate in self - development to ensure the Recruitment and HR skills and knowledge levels within Recruitment Services are of a high standard.
- Support recruitment activities, ensuring hiring managers are supported and are provided with advice throughout the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Identify and collaborate on the development and implementation of new and changed strategies and practices, to improve the quality of recruitment service to the Infrastructure Division and Victorian Health Building Authority.
