**BARISTA - Corporate Head Office Cafe**
**Approx 24 hrs/week - Tue to Fri**
(2 x Full Day 7.5 hr + 2 x Half Day 4 hr shifts)

**Location: MINCHINBURY**

**We are recruiting for a Casual Barista position working in one of our Corporate Cafe sites located in our client's Head Office. You will be working as part of a best-in-class Barista team delivering outstanding coffee experiences to staff and their guests to power them through their day.**

**Responsibilities**:

- All aspects of Corporate Coffee Barista service delivered with outstanding customer service.
- Extracting coffee shots, steaming milk, and pouring latte art.
- Daily setup and breakdown of all equipment including coffee machine, grinders and food service equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and efficiently operating workspace.
- All rounder customer service including coffee and food.
- Engaging with customers in a warm and professional manner including taking orders at the point of sale.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment and seating space.

**Qualifications and competencies**:

- 3+ years of barista experience in a high paced retail cafe environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Deep knowledge and experience in coffee preparation and use of equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Available to work flexible hours in a rotating roster.
- Understanding food safety practices and quality controls.
- **Note: Located in an industrial park without good public transport so you will need your own transport to get to work.**_

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 28 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:
