In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of TMS Analysts (Superusers) and lead the successful implementation and enhancement of CEVA's transport management systems across Australia and New Zealand.
You will play a key role in bridging operations, solution design, and IT to deliver customer-centric, scalable solutions that improve visibility, integration and performance across our network.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:Lead and mentor a team of TMS Analysts, supporting their development and project deliveryManage complex, multi-site TMS implementations end-to-end, from scoping to go-liveCollaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to align system configurations with operational needsRecommend and validate transport system functionality as part of solution designParticipate in client integration workshops, supporting message testing and issue resolutionIdentify and implement system improvements that drive operational efficiencyProvide training and change support across operational teams and customer interfacesSupport Orion implementation and maintain documentation of TMS-related processes.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a background in transport operations, transport systems implementation or management, and team leadership.
You will also bring:Solid experience in a transport management system super-user or delivery roleProven success delivering system-based solutions within a logistics environmentExperience with integration, mobility platforms and transport fundamentalsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilities with both technical and non-technical audiencesProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelA willingness to work flexibly, including outside of standard business hours, to meet project and customer requirements.In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
