Now, we're on the lookout for Front of House Casuals to join the team at Strike and Holey Moley in Frankston, VIC—people who are passionate about service, driven by fun, and ready to create unforgettable experiences.

**What you'll do**:
- Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
- Drive sales on every shift - smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
- Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
- Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
- Own your space Be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
- Take the opporunitites to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs
**What you've got**:
- Uniqueness and a passion for fun
- Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it
- Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
- A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
- Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
- A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them
