**Kahve Lab Coffee Roasters are a progressive and dynamic coffee roasting business. We're currently on the hunt for experienced Baristas to join our team to kick start a few new cafes right across Melbourne, working 25 - 35 hours each week.**

*What's the opportunity?
Kahve Lab is quickly making headway in the café scene, showcasing the very best of coffee and hospitality experience right across Melbourne. As such, we're on the hunt for full-time, part-time and casual Baristas working 25 - 35 hours per week.

This opportunity gives you the chance to join a tight-knit team and growing business where your opportunities for growth and development within the company are uncapped.

In this role you will:

- Require experience and knowledge of espresso extractions and how to tweak the recipe for better coffee experience.
- Require experience with basic latte art with good steaming skills
- Require experience with Specialty coffee
- Provide the best in customer service, including greeting and serving customers and helping with the day-to-day tasks that help keep our café performing at its best e.g. open and close procedures for the coffee machine and area.
- Join a collaborative and supportive team with a customer centred working attitude with team work spirit.
- Be motivated and positive team player
- Take initiatives and make suggestions for better bar settings and workflow

About you:
Most importantly we want someone with the right attitude - someone who wants to learn, grow, and contribute to the team. But as this is a Barista role, at least one year of experience is advantageous. Even better if you've worked in specialty coffee.
