Moonee Ponds — Only About Children Moonee Ponds are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead the 4 year old Kinder room.
OAC Moonee Ponds is a 126-place childcare centre that offers a warm and spacious environment for children and our team.

At Only About Children (OAC), the curriculum is child-led, play-based learning embedded into daily practice with programs such as Active, Drama, Language, Music and Sustainability.

The Role
This opportunity is for a Teacher level 1–5 (Teacher Award).
Only About Children's early learning campuses are designed to inspire 0–6-year-olds to grow, learn and discover.
The campuses span three levels with age-specific learning environments.
They are open and inviting, with playgrounds and resources designed to facilitate interactive and engaging experiences for children.
Key Duties
Planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information
Assisting with daily room tasks – e.g. activity preparation and mealtimes
Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards
Ensuring compliance with relevant Government Regulations
Guiding team members with their professional development, individual goals and performance
Requirements
A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
Valid VIT registration (Early Childhood)
Experience in planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
Valid Employee Working with Children Check
