Role: Sales Support Operator/Merchandiser - Logan.

Location: Logan area, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Responsibilities
Serve Woolworths, Coles, Big W and Chemist Warehouse stores within the Logan area, ensuring effective product distribution and in-store presentation.
Ensure optimal distribution and presentation of Colgate's products at store level.
Build your understanding of the consumer goods industry.
Provide accurate and prompt feedback to Head Office regarding activity in your territory.
Receive an in-depth orientation and training program to support success in the role.
Work on a flexible casual basis, predominantly Wednesday–Friday; preference given to applicants who reside within or close to the territory.
Qualifications
Highly motivated and proactive.
Extremely organised with exceptional communication skills.
Holder of an Australian driver's license and full Australian working rights.
Have access to your own vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD.
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions, subject to eligibility.
Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays.
Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
Detailed information regarding leave entitlements will be provided upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments.
