Our Corporate Affairs team are continuing to strengthen the use of digital communication platforms across the growing Kmart team network, as such we've got an exciting role available on a permanent full-time basis for someone who is keen to take on a new role and make it their own

You will have the chance to establish a brand-new internal communications platform, taking it from launch and bringing it to life by establishing structures, processes and new communications formats that set the channel up for success. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new project where you will have the chance to manage a communications channel.

**What you'll be doing**:

- You will support and drive the development and evolution of the internal communications strategy for Kmart.
- Manage the operation of our new internal communications platform and take ownership of the governance and administration for the tool.
- Work closely with key stakeholders in the business from our stores, distribution centres and offices to ensure that the internal communications platform is maintained as it moves through different phases of maturity.
- Help evolve and iterate the internal communications channel aligned with the internal communications strategy.
- Work closely with the Digital Content Advisor on the delivery and production of content for the platform
- Manage the operation of a content calendar that responds to the complex needs of the business and be open to working autonomously within a small and supportive team.

**To be successful in this team you will have**:

- A strong understanding of digital tools and have previously worked with digital communication channels.
- An organised way of working, with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
- A proactive mindset and be comfortable dealing with complex information.
- Experience and confidence in working closely with various stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
