Based in Bangalow, we're launching our first round of drop-and-go sessions for kids aged 5–14, with exciting plans to grow fast.About the RoleWe're on the hunt for vibrant, fun-loving, and reliable casual Facilitators to join our growing team.
You'll bring the energy, entertainment, the humour, and the play.
You'll help lead the charge on the floor during sessions – guiding kids through creative games, messy art, and sensory fun plus running competitive games and mini-obstacle course style activities.
You will work sessions alongside either our Manager and Lead Facilitator or Owner / Creative Director.You won't be stuck behind a desk – this is an active, hands-on role, perfect for performers, creatives, or anyone who's amazing with kids and thrives in a colourful, creative environment.You'll also support with general session reset tasks like tidying up, daily cleaning, restocking supplies, and being proactive in noting feedback, spotting areas for improvement, and sharing ideas to make each session even better.
Basically: bring the magic, help keep things running smoothly, and always stay one step ahead.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate sessions for kids aged 5–14 through friendly competition, team games, social interaction, art, and sensory playPerform and engage with confidence and fun – this role is very energetic and interactiveObserve and relay feedback or improvement ideas about the session flow or space setupBe proactive in noting stock levels and restocking materials when neededAssist in session clean-up and general tidinessEngage with parents during drop-off/pick-up with friendliness and professionalismHelp create a playful, safe, and inclusive atmosphere for every childBe open to wearing costumes, being silly, and getting a little (or a lot) messy
