This role will coordinate the project planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for Before and After School Care and Holiday Programs.

**About the Team**

The Marketing and Communications team maximises audience engagement and attendance at TheirCare's Before and After School Care and Holiday Programs.
By delivering compelling campaigns, communications, and content, the team attracts and engages customers with our brand, commitment to school communities, and, most of all, by delivering fun and engaging experiences for primary school children.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum three years' marketing or agency experience leading campaigns for commercial return
- Proven marketing knowledge of the education, arts, or community sectors
- Experience in building exemplary stakeholder relationships
- Proven experience in negotiating and problem-solving issues
- Demonstrated digital marketing knowledge and experience
- A Customer First and results-oriented mindset
