We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and friendly individual to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and with attention to detail
- Ensure guests have a positive dining experience by addressing their needs and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant at the beginning and end of shifts
- Comply with health and safety standards, including food hygiene regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a waitstaff role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $23.58 - $30.81 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
