Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Unpack and transport EGM cabinets into the assembly area- Operate computer workstations to transfer EGM software onto CF (Compact Flash) and/or USB Flash Drive in formats suitable for production run and in accordance with production documentation (Production Tag)- Operate computer workstations to print EGM serial number plate in accordance with production documentation (Production Tag)- Operate computer workstations to configure electronic gaming equipment and peripherals in accordance with production documentation (Production Tag)- Use a variety of power tools and equipment to assemble, configure, functional/Hi-Pot test & quality check Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM), EGM Sub-Assemblies & Peripherals in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and EGM configuration sheet (Production Tag) to ensure that final product meets all jurisdiction compliances, quality standards and customer's requirements- Rework and/or repair assembled Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM), EGM Sub-Assemblies & Peripherals according to configuration guide (Production Tag) engineering specification and customer's requirements- Transport completed EGMs out of the production area- Manage movements of parts & machine trolleys within various production areas- Process conversion, service & spare parts orders in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and accompanying production documentation (Production Tag, Picking List). This may include but not restricted to assembly, packing & picking and palletising of various sub-assemblies, parts and finished products- Perform all quality checks and complete quality records- Take appropriate action to correct any quality problems and provide feedback to other team members- As requested, assist operators, engineers and senior management personnel to solve any technical, administrative or quality related issues. This may involve working with Engineering, Quality and other departments/personnel.- Contribute to and promote an effective teamwork environment within Production departments- Perform other tasks and duties when required-
- Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace by observing statutory and SG specific Work Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines as promoted via signage, process warnings and instructions and verbal instructions. Report any WHS issues to the Production Manager or SG Gaming Safety Representatives

Training and/or Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of previous work experience in a similar role

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Able to perform manual assembly tasked for extended periods that require moderate gross motor skills and work readiness, and moderate to high fine motor skills- Able to work at trade skills level of complexity- Able to understand and follow production processes and documentation- Able to operate two or more types of equipment simultaneously to meet set production TAKT times- Intermediate computer skills- Excellent communication skills- Appropriate interpersonal skills to work in a Lean team based environment- Able to work within a team or individually

**Education**:
- Trade Certificate in electronics, mechanical engineering or similar discipline would be highly regarded

Working Conditions:

- Actively co-operate and comply with the company's WHS Policy and Program to ensure own health and safety and the health and safety of others in the workplace- Ensure compliance with safe work practices- Ensure not to put self and others at risk- Use and maintain equipment properly and ensure that the work area is free of hazards- Report all incidents, injuries and near misses- Report any hazard or accident to the supervisor or manager as soon as it becomes apparent- Advise your manager if you do not believe you have the skills, training or equipment to safely perform your duties
